Sends a bizarre message to Minister for Communication Ursula Owusu Ekuful
Key amongst them is the lack of Ghana Cards for people to use to register their SIM cards, given the challenges that face the National Identification Authority in registering and subsequently issuing these Ghana Cards to Ghanaians.
Madam Ursula Owusu Ekuful- Minister for Communications has received the brunt of messages from people including, Kwame A Plus- a political activist who is concerned about the deadline that her ministry keeps setting due to the lack of Ghana Cards, and lately people deliberately refusing to get their SIM cards registered, arising from their debts to the telcos for which these unscrupulous persons are praying for their SIM cards to get blocked so they walk away freely from the telcos without settling their indebtedness.
In a post sighted on Kwame A Plus' Facebook page after graduating from GIMPA the young stalwart captioned
"Now that I'm a graduate, I speak differently so all I will say is that Ursula Owusu didn't apply wisdom. If this happened before I graduated, I would have said, #Gbemi. But no. Gbemi doesn't fit my status I'm now a graduate in public service, leadership and governance; I'm born again.
