Having announced for his fans to vote massively for him in order for him to be the best actor of the Great Excellence Movie Awards, Agya Koo went home with three of the awards: best comic actor, best leading role, and favorite actor.

He announced on his Facebook timeline, "Congratulations Agyakoo, for winning the best comic actor, best leading role, and favorite actor during the Great Excellence Movie Awards organized by Mr. Ben and partners."
